it’s all in the family (or yoga meets nerdery and procrastination)
my mom is a yogi. i have talked about this here and there over the course of the years. because my mom is a yogi, she is always posting pictures on facebook of crazy poses.
because my mom is yogi, her children also like to post crazy things on facebook related to their yogic attempts – i was not surprised this morning to see this video from my brother on facebook.
because my mom is a yogi and i am nerd, i had to follow my brother up with the follow video.




I love doing headstands and planks to break up long stretches of working at the computer. I tried bakasana for the first time and boy is that a challenge! It’ll be fun to get better at it. Are there any poses one can do to build up to it, or should I just keep trying this one?
